In Olympic boxing, I accompany both beginners and experienced competitors on their way. If you come to me as a beginner, you will learn ALL the important techniques from the ground up: from the perfect basic stance to different types of movement and defense techniques. Together we will discover the different facets of boxing and develop your skills step by step.

As a long-time competitor, you will also benefit from my experience and expertise. I will support you in the performance area, help you refine your techniques and prepare you specifically for competitions. With customized training and strategic advice, I will help you achieve your goals in boxing and develop your full potential.

Fitness boxing combines the basic techniques of professional boxing training with intensive strength and cardio exercises. You learn and practise various punching techniques and train your footwork. At the same time, targeted strength exercises strengthen your muscles and cardio units improve your endurance. This combination provides an intensive full-body workout that targets all major muscle groups and significantly increases both your physical fitness and your mental strength.

During my many years as a social worker in various fields of work, I was able to recognize the immense importance of guided boxing training for children. Through my targeted training, the children not only learn discipline and concentration, but also strengthen their self-confidence. They are given the opportunity to reduce inner pressure and control their emotions in a healthy way under professional guidance. My boxing training thus offers a safe framework in which the children can develop important life skills that have a positive influence on their everyday lives.
